Posture Corrector for Men and Women, Comfortable Upper and Back Brace, Adjustable Back Support for Back, Shoulder and Neck

After migrating to a full time desk job, I started to experience back and neck pain being sat in front of screens all day. Following advice about eye distance, and even upgrading my chair with proper lumber and neck support worked for a little while, but i still found myself slouching or leaning forward ever so slightly whilst seated at the desk, creating what can only be described as crooked neck, and further pain in the back.I decided to try this product in order to aid my posture. Wearing this product for a good 20-30 minutes every few hours is perfect for re-establishing my posture. It has taken so much strain away, and means I can focus more of my time working, and less aching followed by having to readjust my seating position.This posture correction is great, and unlike some other products it comes with Velcro straps making it quite easy to put on, adjust, and remove when finished wearing it. It also comes with a larger strap should you have a requirement for it.The reason I suggest only wearing it 20-30 minutes at a time is because it can cause you to rely on it too much, which I don't think is the intention. I believe its to create muscle memory, not act as a muscle restraint for all day wearing.I haven't yet worn it whilst lifting weights, but I can definitely imagine doing so, and feeling the impact and difference that it will make to my posture doing that as well.Any form of exercise, whether walking, running, or simply standing for long periods will cause you to slouch at some point - this product is perfect for reducing and even avoiding that too!Buy it, and you won't be disappointed!

Easy to assemble and comfortable to wear

This item is spot on it came in good time and is well made. I have tried a larger brace befor and found it to be no good for the type of work I do plus it was very uncomfortable, this one on the other hand fits well and I can go about my days with no uncomfortable feelings. I do lots of vary physically work and spent the last 2 weeks strimming and using a chainsaw at ground level, after over a week I am actually surprised how good the out come has been, any one suffering with back problems I would definitely suggest giving this back brace a chance speshly at such a reasonable price. 10 out of 10 so far brilliant product. It has even improved my posture when I'm not wearing it. Thanks very much to the guys and girls who make and supply this brill product, with a few key stretches to go with it has really taken a lot of the pain away and is a lot cheaper than constant chiropractic oppionments witch is how I usually deal with my issues.

Know first of all, that it works. And it is not too expensive.Being so light, it can be fiddly to fit or put on, especially if your rotational mobility in your arms is not as good as it might be? Also it has extension straps for bigger people, and I am one. These straps are "velcro" extensions and can detach with tension when adjusting; and you need that tension for any efficacy. I am 6'4" and 48" chest, and I needed the extensions.Once that tension is on, it can become uncomfortable under the arms; but the instructions do warn the wearer to limit the time wearing the harness initially.But.......it does seem to be working (ie pulling my shoulders back and improving my posture) and it cost less the £15 delivered, so nothing to complain about!

I have rarely written reviews on Amazon purchases to date but I have to write about this product. Full disclosure I suffer with chronic back and pain issues as a result of a childhood accident. I was really upset that I was developing the beginnings of a hump on my back for various mechanical reasons and so began looking through pain relief/back gadgets on Amazon and came across this posture corrector. I can only speak for myself but the first time my husband helped me put this on and tightened it for me I felt immediate pain relief. It was magical. I wear it for extended periods at home over a shirt or cardigan whilst sitting on the sofa or doing other things. I haven’t worn it outside yet but I could definitely wear it under a coat if I wanted to. It has already begun to show some visible results and my husband and children have noticed that my back looks straighter now even when I am not wearing it. I am probably wearing it tighter and for longer periods than other people would feel comfortable with but the relief it offers makes it worth it. It instantly pulls my shoulders back and I am noticing it is easier to sit up straight using my core from wearing it even when it is not being worn. I have only had it a couple of weeks but intend to carry on wearing it every day. I worry about my kids being hunched over their phones so may try and get them to try it on one of these days. If this review helps one other back sufferer or someone worried about what technology/age is doing to their posture I will be really happy. Thank u so much Schiara!

Item is defective – strap is bent and cannot be adjusted properlyI received the item, but one of the straps is permanently bent and twisted . Because of this, the strap always sits crooked and cannot be adjusted correctly. The product cannot be used as intended, since it does not provide proper posture support.
