Opens up a whole new range of exercises
Originally I bought this just for bent over rows - but have since used it for a huge range of exercises - from chest press to shoulder press. The arc action makes the muscles work in a different way and that has to be good, mixing it up. Great value for money, strong and robust.

Great bit of kit
Well made and free from burrs and weld flash spots. Pivot is good and strong. Only thing stopping me from giving it 5 points is the length of the vertical section is a bit too long. You'll need quite a few thick plates to stop it moving around. Really you should only need 2x10kg or 2x 15kg plates to stand it in.

Great product
Good for home gym if you have Olympic weights. Very versatile in terms of exercises I would certainly recommend buying but you need to have at least four Olympic 20kg weights to use

Works great
Landmines are my favorite tool in the gym, I would recommend getting some extra grips / handles with this to make the most of it. Does what you need it to do. I use two 44lb plates and two 10lb plates to hold it in position in the corner, but you could use less if you wanted I think to not tie up your plates.
