I haven’t been trialing a range of douches to find the best one and this is a good contender -It has a good size bulb for collecting water.The size options are great - big one being the preference as it not only helps clean you out but starts the prep to “open up” before the action starts.Problem is however that the valve lid where you screw on the attachments quite often gets stuck in the bulb and there is nothing to really grab firmly to twist it out again. It’s worse if you have been using lube as you then have to completely dry it and then put on an attachment firming and hope it grips enough to unscrew the lid. You can only put water in this way as the valve stops water going backwards obviously but just hard to get into.Only other thing is that the bulb is FIRM. You need good hand strength. Even after you think you have emptied the water content inside yourself, once you pull it out and squeeze you realise you have half the bulb of water still left.Good but could just some minor ease if use faults.

I have bought this product twice and both times the bulb split rendering the whole thing useless. Once you can say unlucky. Twice.. useless

The material and built is good. But the applicability is not the best. There is a major flaw in the design. Can be used on other patients. But if your using it on urself it's not going to work.

This thing is clearly overpriced.As you’re meant to be able to get this up you’re Arse, good luck. You end up getting crap all over you’re hands and squirting crappy water all over the floor. Not fit for purpose unless you like swimming in crappy water.

Great enema. Lots of nozzle choices. Comfortable to use and easy to clean all for an affordable price. Great product, would recommend.

I have owned many different enema systems over the years. From the old hanging hot water bottle bag to the small little ones that look like they could almost bee the suction tools for your ears. None have ever been as solid, as leak proof, or as comfortable to use as this one.It does take a little practice to get used to using this one, it has a larger bulb/capacity and that makes it a little different, but it's worth it.Anyone complaining that the water is leaking out, or worse yet that fecal matter is passing into and through the bulb, is using this wrong and needs to be educated on the proper use of the equipment, this is not the products fault, it is user error.The one way valve on the outflow is awesome and works perfectly. The air intake in the base is also a one way valve into the bulb.The cleaning tools provided are excellent and the extra nozzles allow it to work well for a variety of users and for both front or back application. The 4 smaller smooth nozzles are pretty effective for using this as a portable bidet too, I wouldn't insert them, but that is just my comfort, I still have a great use for those 4 tips.

Ruikt heel sterk naar PVC, dit kan absoluut geen medische kwaliteit zijn! Ik heb het ook niet eens gebruikt, het ruikt gewoon giftig. Teleurstellend!
