I don’t have instructions either but I use it to cover the back of embroidery. Cut to fit. Iron low heat. Make sure the soft side is up. Hop this helps.

Does this work well with denim?

I would think it is too stretchy to stay adhered to denim. Perhaps you could use another non-woven fusible for the back of denim items.

No,it is not a stabilizer. It is very soft and usually used to cover the back of the garment over the embroidery stitches to just be soft against the skin. I recommend this product, but only for the protective idea mentioned.

Do you sell "black cover up "? I am embroidering white t-shirts with a black Africa on the front. My problem is that the white shows through .

Seriously the best cover, it’s soft and lightweight. Great deal for the price and adheres to items perfectly. I’ve used this for sometime now and haven’t had any issues. I hang dry my items so it’s upheld amazingly.

Nice and soft

This is exactly what I was looking for. It ironed on easily, and stayed bonded after going through the laundry. It makes embroidery on t-shirts look professionally finished on the inside, and is comfortable against the skin.

I have never had an issue with it pealing off and it does an incredible job of making the inside soft after embroidery. I even do my husbands work shirts as the embroidery wasn't covered. It doesn't show through and customers really like it
