Excellent orthotic insole
This insole was recommended to me by my foot doctor about 10 years ago for plantar fasciitis/fallen arch. He really recommended that I buy a special made orthotic (where they would make a mold of your foot), but it was very expensive. So, when I said I couldn't afford that, he told me to look for this insole. He recommended it because of the material it was made of, and support it gave to the whole foot. I found it at a specialty store, and I still thought it was expensive, but turns out that it was well worth the money.I haven't had any foot problems since I started using them, and felt immediate relief on the whole foot (ball, arch, & heel). I wear them every day ! I find that one pair will last any where from 8 months to a year. It's nice to have two pairs on hand, but these are machine washable. I've washed mine many times, but I don't put them in the dryer. Just lay them out flat to dry.

Lynco L425
I bought these because I have lingering plantar facitis. I use these when doing crossfit. If you buy these plan on buying a half size up on your next pair of shoes. I have a very high arch so the button in the middle doesn't bother me at all. I also have a boot that I wear at night if I have a larger flare-up. That works really well but is a pain in *** and I can only wear it for a few hours before ripping it off. all in all I'm glad I bought these.

Shoe inserts
These inserts have solved my issues and allowed me to get back on the track. I have issues with Morton's Neuroma. The general support along with the gentle metatarsal support helps to keep the symptoms at bay while I get in my power walking routines of 6 miles or more just about every day. I have 3 pairs of these and they are inserted in ALL my shoes. Very durable and well worth the investment. The listing that comes up is for size 8 women for some reason, but I was a size 14 Male.

It is good for the feet and makes pressure where it is necessary to release the toes, but it doesn't last enough for it's price.

Exteme Comfort
I love these things! I've been using them in my athletic/casual shoes for about 10 years now (not the same pair). I've even used them in a pair of sandals that had removable recessed insoles. The posting helps if your feet lean inward, and the metatarsal support helps take pressure off your heals. It is an adjustment when you first try them, if you've never used metatarsal support before. The lump may initially feel uncomfortable or even slightly painful while the tendons in your foot stretch a little, but you'll very quickly adjust. I'm never without my L425 insoles, unless I have on dress shoes. In that case I use a 3/4 length Birkenstock insert with posting and metatarsal support.Highly recommended.
