This product has become pretty much my staple. It's a "genuine" meal replacement drink, which has the highest amount of calories (530) I have been able to find packed with 26 vitamins & minerals plus 22 gramsof protein. This drink has the consistency of a thick smoothie, which tastes AMAZING. I love "very vanilla" & "very strawberry" flavors! Literally, like drinking a milkshake. I have struggled to maintain weight pretty much all my life being a "picker". I just can't sit down & consume a big meal in 1 setting (buffets are a waste of money as far as I'm concerned:)) Finding this drink wasn't too easy. I did some research after trying some other "meal replacement" drinks. The highest calories sold in regular supermarkets are around 380, which tasted like is a slightly flavored 2% milk to me, & i'm one of those people who ate not big fans of milk. After doing some research I came across this Nestlé Very High Calorie drink & it was a game-changer. I drink it at work during lunchtime, or after a workout, or as a treat any time of day or night. It's a bit pricey, but trust me, it's worth every penny/drop. 1 "carton" is only 8 ounces, but it's simply amazing that I feel "full" after drinking just 1. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling to keep weight & drink something healthy & nutritional as this drink is!

I buy these for my father who has Alzheimer’s and other other issues. There are times where it’s really difficult to get food in him, and these high calorie nutritional drinks that can be taken in with a straw help a great deal. The containers are small, but the drink is thick in consistency…thick relative to the other lower calorie Boost options we have purchased. It’s not something I would casually drink, but my father seems to tolerate the vanilla flavor, and he always eventually finishes the container as long as I’m persistent. We haven’t tried strawberry or chocolate, but I am curious. Wish we could just test drive one of each without having to buy a dozen or two dozen. The pricing is driving me nuts. It’s infuriating how much the price swings from day-to-day. I wish Amazon understood that there are people who are buying this particular drink that are sick, and on a tight fixed budget, and need the price to stay low and stable. They should not implement dynamic pricing on specialized nutritional/health products like this.

This helped me gain weight SOO WELL! In August 2025 I was battling depression and lost 10 pounds. I was already slim so I really didn’t have 10 pounds to lose, I was 127 pounds. Well November 2025 I got up to 145, February 2026 I weighed 170lbs. If you’re having troubles eating and want to gain weight. Please get this!!

A shake that actually has enough calories to make it worth drinking. Most have only half as many calories.

Well worth the money!! Shakes are thick but good taste. Life saver!! I bought these for my dad who was having issues eating. He gained 8 pounds in a week!
