30amp NoNo!
This will not fit a 30 amp twistlock receptacle. Hole is too small. Made it work with a Dremel because I needed it ASAP.

Very good item
I installed a power outlet for convenience and this plate covers the outlet nicely and comes with the gasket/seal with the perforations making installation secure and easy. Also, it comes with the screws (4) to mount (normal installation requires 2) and predrilled holes. Also, there are four areas marked that can be drilled out based on the application at hand. Do note that this is plastic and not the metal type cover.

check for proper size
As mentioned in other comments this is the 4979-GY which has a smaller hole than the 4980-GY which is also listed on Amazon.ca. I wanted a cover plate for a rv 30 amp outlet that I was installing. This hole is too small. Like another comment I used a dremmel tool to enlarge the hole to 2 1/4". Maybe the 3 star rating is a ittle harsh but I think the description should be clearer.

look elsewere
Was suppose to fit the Nema5 outlet but didn't I had to use my dremel tool to make it fit.I was not in pressed with this product.

Wrong size
Product is as it says. Just like all Leviton products. Be Aware though this was recommended to me when i purchased Leviton 2710 30 Amp, 125/250 Volt, Flush Mounting Locking Receptacle. It is the wrong part. the part you want is 4980-GY.
