Update:So, to begin: The seller contacted be about the below review and asked to refund the order and send me a new model of the clock. I was hesitant to do so, since I believe that reviews should reflect the product and not the seller for the most part. They were very insistent and sent me a replacement and refunded me the purchase. All in all, good customer service. The original product is still bad. The new one they sent me is nice and works as it should so far. I will update if it changes. Still. I would stay away from this model though.End of update.It's ok. It loses time like no clock I have ever had. But it works. Not super intuitive, but it does the job. Seems to lose the radio station i set it to. But I probably just hit something when I try to snooze it.Probably would not recommend.

Not a very good alarm clock for heavy sleepers. I hate all the alarms so I keep it on radio. Usually the radio barely manages to wake me up. And THEN it turns off after sounding for 5-10 minutes. Doesn't come back on until the next day. The light stays on, but the alarm shuts up whether it's woken you up or not.The light is also not very bright. Does nothing to help me wake up. The only reason I still use it is it is at least nice to have it light up the room in the morning when my phone wakes me up, and then I can listen to the radio a bit while getting ready / waking up.It also needs 2-3 more buttons to make set up a bit less annoying. It's not hard, just annoying.

I hate this thing. The instructions are ridiculously hard to remember (they don't correspond to the ones on your alarm you're accustomed to). Basically they tried to cram like 8 additional functions into a traditional 4 button set up. I have the directions in a drawer next to my bed so that when I need to set the alarm I can read it yet again, and when I am trying to turn off the alarm but instead the light starts changing colors, I can stop that as well. Once you get it set, I like the wake up function (that's the 2 stars), it's just the getting it set, getting it turned off, and getting it set again that is the problem. I got it so my wake up would be more relaxing. It's not.

There are a lot of things I like about this product but, there are several things to consider before you buy. I hate all of the "sounds" this plays. The one I have determined is least offensive to me, seems to play on a 1.5 second loop and super fast. There is no way to opt out of the sound. I would NOT use the sound if I could opt out. It's programmed to go off 10 mins early so I have to set it for later than I want to. You can't change the early default. NOT awesome. It's not easy to set the alarm or the time. I like all my clocks to read the same time. This one is always off because it's not easy to set. The buttons on the back are fairly small. It's very lightweight, which I usually appreciate, but it makes this easy to topple or upset. The angle of incline for the foot is not changeable. Things I like: it's a good size for my needs. I like the orange numbers; they are easy to read and a good size. I like some of the light features, such as brightness, colour, and colour changing. I like how easy it is to turn the light on and off. I like the size of the buttons, they could be a little bigger. I like the directionality of the alarm face. The face, numbers and light are good size, about the size of an omelette pan. It lights up most of the room, but is super bright from the face. In conclusion, I am not sure I would buy this one again, but I like the price and I have not sent it back or tried something else since I have this, so I will call it a tepid (but on the right track) good enough.

So far, I'm not happy with this product & I haven't even used it as an alarm clock yet. Instructions are not clear, and process to set time, alarm time, light color, sound, and sound volume are each overly complex. The picture of the warm yellow 'sunrise simulation' light? Nope, it's not an option: color choices include business office glaring fluorescent white, surreal St. Patrick green, fully oxygenated blood red, 80's hot tub blue, and pimp purple....now on what morning would I want to wake to any of these colors as my simulated sunrise? Answer: not even Nov. 9th! Nature sounds offer an astounding array of sounds combined in ways not actually found in nature, unless of course bleating sheep at the ocean is an actual thing (maybe NZ?). I'm set to awake in the morning to glare white and ocean sheep, and maybe it will be lovely; if so, I will update my review. In the meantime, I encourage readers to select a different product!

Unfortunately the clock never quite worked properly. Rather than starting very low and slowly brightening, it simply turned on straight to full bright. Then, in an attempt to turn off the alarm, I knocked the very light clock off my night stand and that was the end of it. I plan on getting another light alarm clock in the future, but I will spend more money to get a better quality clock.On a side note, as a person who can wake up to very little light, the clock numbers were WAY to bright for me. I had to drape a sock over the numbers to dampen the light :o/UPDATE: I received a very nice email from AMIR apologizing for the bad buying experience and offering to issue a full refund. I very much appreciate the follow up and stellar customer service.She explained "As for the full bright at the beginning,lighting program has been set before leaving factory. The alarm light will come on 30 mins before the setting time and it gradually brighten from 1% of brightness to 100%.For an example,If you set the alarm clock is 10 minutes later or within 30 mins,the alarm light will come on at a certain brightness due to the time interval.As for the clock numbers,you can long press "UP" or "DOWN" to turn off the clock numbers display completely. Press any button to turn on the the clock numbers and show time."I "light" (ha ha) of their customer service and desire to "make it right," I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. I still wouldn't buy this clock again for me, but I appreciate a company that treats its customers well.
