Do they have pockets?

I'm 5'8, 250 lbs. What size should I get?

It says cotton & spandex so they are thin like t-shirt material or more like sweat pant material

Are these a workout fit or a "fashion leggings" where you shouldn't wear them without a shirt to cover the top?
