A friend recommended eating one pod each day for your general health and to help you drink more water. After you chew and swallow a seed, drink some water and notice how the water tastes sweet and creates desire for more.

I had a friend get me started taking these. She warned me not to chew them. 👍 I started out taking 5 a day and upped it over a few weeks. I now take 20 a day and that seems to be the right amount for me. Personally it helps regulate poops and helps even my moods. I was crying most days before I started taking them and have felt a huge difference.

I tried one tiny seed and it’s like eating the most pungent, bitter, foul thing I’ve even experienced. I thought maybe the one seed I picked was bad, so I tried one more; which was just as bad. Desperate to get this disgusting taste out my mouth, I chugged a monster energy drink, but the nasty taste is still there. I ate two crunchy granola bars but the TASTE IS STILL THERE. I feel vomit coming up now as a type this. I tried to start a refund only to learn that these things are in eligible for a refund so now I am out the money and incapacitated by the disgusting taste. Still lingering in my mouth. Do not recommend anyone ever- do NOT buy. Buyer beware!!!!

I've been taking them for over a year obviously they get the job done

I was vomiting and having diarrhea for 2 hours after using these on my cereal. This is probably a contaminated batch, that I will report to Amazon, manufacture and CDC. I have not been able to eat solid food for 5 days. DO NOT EAT !
