Never true black
Had to use black eyeliner to get a real black.

I purchased the faber castell 12B and14B graphite pencils.
I received them pretty quick. Tried them out. They are a little darker than my 8B pencil. A little less glare, I layered over the 8B.The 2 pencils by it self are expensive. After placing my order I saw a whole set with the darker faber castell pencils. For a few dollars more I could have got a whole set.

They are a Christmas Gift, for my son. I think he will like them. I just wished they would of came all together in a box instead of individually.

Good Pencil
I have to be a little careful using and especially sharpening such a soft graphite pencil but it's a good addition to my drawing supplies.

Nothing special
For the price and slow service, I was rather disappointed. Couldn’t see much difference between this and an 8B pencil.
