I've tried all sorts of supplements over the years for various health issues and also stuff just to try to improve my general health. I'm also very fussy when it comes to tastes but I can honestly say the Better You products are the bees knees and if I don't mind the taste then you won't either. In fact I actually quite like it now!I started this when going through a very bad relapse of CFS and since taking the multi vit along with the iron version and a magnesium skin spray I have been a lot better and haven't caught a single cold or other infection in over 8 months. The method of absorption is far better as so many of us have digestion and malabsorption issues, many that we probably aren't even aware of.....

Tase, content etc aside, this is useless.I have several different types if sprays by this company, and generally they work well - but I can not recommend this vitamin spray, it was a waste of money for me.It just doesn’t spray.The first spray was OK, a bit if a jet, but it came out, certainly nit the fine mist in the description. Then it just trickles out. So I push the spray down, it starts to trickle from the nozzle and continues to truckle in my cupboard until the pressure from that pump is eased.I have washed the nozzle - lots - (I have found washing the nozzles occasionally on our B12 spray have worked, but not for this vitamin one).After washing the nozzle the first spray is a lovely fine mist of water (at least I know the nozzles is clear) and then straight back to this sticky trickle of vitamin syrup.I have shook and shook until my arm will shake no more, but the viscosity of the product I have will not spray through the nozzle on this bottle.If you want to know about taste, If I lick the leaking syrup it’s a bit like plums/prunes/syrup of fig. Not a kid friendly flavour. Adults will probably tolerate it better.

The reviews about the bad taste are not wrong. This tastes bad. But it’s tolerable.It’s hard to describe the taste, but kind of familiar, almost like cough medicine mixed with a lot of vinegar.Made me screw up my face a bit but I didn’t need a drink afterwards and the taste disappeared after about 20 seconds.Kids WILL make a fuss with this, but in the end it’s not designed for kids, and I’ve tasted much worse.Let’s be honest, the nicer it tastes, the more added sugars and chemicals will be in it anyway. Health doesn’t naturally taste like strawberries.

I read the reviews, I took note of other peoples opinions, but decided as I have used other sprays from this company, that they must have been exaggerating, unfortunately, they weren't.It tastes like vomit, I tried it, my children tried it and we all came to the same conclusion without collaboration; vomit. I bought this for my husband and myself and although I think it works well, I can't subject him to 4 sprays of this a day.It is such a shame because the vitamin d and b12 sprays from the same company are lovely. I'm very surprised and disappointed by this. I will be returning both the sprays I bought.

Well to the reviewers who said it taste like sick your very lucky if your sick tastes like that you must have sour cherry favoured guts. I have an illness where as I'm sick quite a bit so I have no idea where these people are coming from. It just fast like b vits and a sour sweet taste. A child may complain but I had to take vitamins as a child that I did not like you just have to live with it for the benifits.

Tastes delicious! This is so much easier than pushing out vitamins from blister pack due to arthritis in my hands. I look forward to spraying this in my mouth every day. The biggest shock & surprise has been a reduction in silvery-grey hairs that have been greatly increasing since being on the drug methotrexate for inflammatory arthritis, it’s the only thing I’ve added to my diet since so I’m certain it’s this. I wonder if my stomachs not great absorbing tablet vitamins, family members for instance can’t absorb b12 through their stomach so need injections. I haven’t found anything before this that’s made a difference to pigment & quality loss of my hair, I’m staying with this product for life - better you please don’t stop making it 😊 I’ve also purchased their vitamin c & iron sprays to help look after my immune system further. Spraying these bottles everyday over struggling with blister packs is a life saver! Thank you!

Have had a couple of attempts to get on with this product but unless there are major improvements I'm giving up on it. The bottle is awful to use when it is working but it's hit and miss whether the pump received will be working or defective. It doesn't like to dispense the product and when it does the quantity varies a lot and often dribbles down the bottle rather than being sprayed. There is no way of knowing if you've had the correct dose or under/overdosed. Given how the amount dispensed varies from squirt, drip and guff I am not confident that all the vitamins in the product are being dispensed evenly or not despite vigorous shaking.This tastes absolutely foul and no matter how long or well the bottle is shaken it can vary day to day from mildy fruity to eye-wateringly bitter and chemically, imagine a chewing on a cheap artificially flavoured sweet thats been lurking in the bottom of your grandmothers bag since the 60's combined with crunching on a vitamin pill and you're getting close.Amazon refunded me when the bottle didn't work but new one is no better. I'm going to try to find an alternative product.

I've been using many BetterYou sprays over last couple of years and always have had great experience. The flavour of this one is absolutely HORRIFIC. Got it for my 10yo son - there is no way he'll take it, likewise I probably couldn't either. Loaded with sweetener trying to imitate fruit flavour ending up with numb mouth like from chemicals and sick feeling for hours after ingestion. Why they can't stick with the tasty orange or decent minty from other products? AVOID!
