First off, I'm the Goldilocks of pillows. Literally I have a pillow graveyard in my extra bedroom because of how many I buy and they fail me. I've bought too many to count, Sealy, Tempurpedic, down, Sable, Coop Home Goods, down alternative, on and on. Every 6 months I end up shopping for another due to neck pain. I thought this one was expensive but decided to give it a shot because of the warranty. First night, out of the box, I haven't ever been more pleased with a pillow. No bad smell and it was comfy even as an odd rectangle. I was shocked it worked. I will try it through the guarantee period but so far I am super happy I gave it a go. Also fyi I got the 5 inch and I am 5.7 avg build female.

The Pillow Cube Pro arrived on time. It's been 4 weeks since I started to use it, and I have never slept so soundly in my eighty years of life. I fall asleep, stay asleep, and can go back to sleep if I wake up during the night. Insomnia has plagued me all my life, but the Pillow Cube Pro has changed all that - I can't believe the solution was so simple. I'm recommending this for not only side sleepers but side to side and back sleepers as well because I am one. Masako

Great marketing campaign. Unfortunately, the pillow just wasn't it chief. If a pillow was a straightjacket....this is it.

I once had a contoured pillow advertised on Amazon as "brick-like." It was truly phenomenal, and no more than $40. I had the best sleep of my life during those years until it was lost. I have spent hundreds of dollars looking to replace it. I have constant neck, shoulder, and upper back pain from a motorcycle accident many years ago, and the only thing that helped was "the one."I was legitimately hopeful after reading all the reviews of this pillow that THIS would finally be the replacement. $100 for one pillow is a lot of money to me, and I don't drop that cash lightly.I was immediately disappointed, because in no way does this feel like "laying my head on a curb" as one review claimed. The pillow absolutely does compress significantly, and gives no support to the neck whatsoever. It also absorbs heat and has me tossing and turning constantly.I can't fathom what extra cost I'd have to be stuck with to return this, so I'll likely just add it to the collection in the back of the closet, then continue the search.

Arrived with a mysterious red stain on BOTH sides of the pillow. You’d think a product with only 2 parts would have higher quality control but I guess not.Update:I ordered another pillow which did not come blood soaked although it does weigh an entire pound less than the first one. Yes they are the same exact model of pillow. This tells me not only do they have no quality control on their products, but also no manufacturing tolerances or checks.I will say the pillow is comfy and works for me but this company really needs to review their manufacturing processes.

The pillow seemed like it would nice, till I looked at the cushion and noticed all the spots throughout the cushion. If this pillow is a hundred dollars, the cushion should definitely not be riddled with spots.

Bought this for my Dad for Fathers Day. I ordered it 2 weeks in advance and it came the day before Fathers Day. He loves it. I tried it and its too firm for me but I am happy with my purchase because my Dad likes it.

Needs it's own custom pillow case but my bamboo kings work fine. I will probably try the 5" thick vs. the 6" next time. I was counting on it loosing some form eventually but no sign of wear after 2 weeks.
