My First Makeup Set

Was hesitant to buy makeup for many years (worried about sending the wrong message) but we were ready. This is not great quality makeup but it's cute and that kind of the point, right? It's just for fun. And this set is fun. It's pink and has a big mirror and pull out drawers on the sides. Fun fun. My almost 7 year old just loved this. It was fun helping her learn how to put it on using her little brushes. I let her do it without much help and she loved it. She put it on for two days in a row and then tucked it away. Hasn't gone nuts with it like I imagined. Just a heads up. I told her which brushes to dip in the wet stuff bs the dry stuff. I had to explain to her that the gooey stuff in the circles was probably gonna be harder to smooth on evenly and ask her not to lie down on the furniture with it on her face, but otherwise I just let her play and she loved it. We cleaned it off with a rag easily at night. Very cute.

My two year old loves getting into mommy's makeup and wants to wear stuff she can actually see on her skin. After looking around, I ordered this one because most reviews mentioned the makeup showed up. I tested the makeup on my skin a few days before Christmas since Im sensitive to everything and had no reactions to it at all. So far, other than using about a pound of makeup per day, there have been no downsides to this kit! I'm actually looking to find another set by the same company for Easter now!

This was supposed to be a Christmas present but someone couldn't wait lol when I opened it from the box I thought it was broken from one side bcoz the left side were the eyeshadow makeup is wasnt pulled out I was disappointed at first then when it came out the box I checked and it was inside for me to slide out lol when she tryed it on she loved it and I think it looked good I give it 4 starts bcoz of the packaging but other than that I liked it my daughter loved it :)

The glitter easily comes out of the compartment very easily.

My daughter just turned 11 and has been dying to wear makeup. Brought this as a gift for her for the holiday because of the name and it was truly going to be her first make up kit. Loved the idea of all the items in one kit and light colors for a young girl. The pull out drawers ar very stiff and have to be pulled out really hard. The brushes are very fragile and will not last long. Some of the makeup is usable and some is not. After trying to apply to her face some of it was really sticky. We sat it on her dresser and headed to the mall to Justice. She still plays with it and I'm sure will always remember it as her first make up kit.

This was the cutest little gift. I gave it to my little one so she could participate in her big sisters make-up party and she had a blast. We had glitter eyes for miles and smiles that shimmered and shined. Well packaged, not broken, brushes are glued down so you might have to help pull those up and get the sticky off but that is better than them sliding everywhere and damaging the make-up.

This was the first "big girl" makeup set I bought my 4 year old. She loves it. It's always out. It has a lot of makeup and the pull put drawers are cool. Word of warning though, it stains clothes and is tough to get out of eyebrows. I think I'm just spoiled with crayola products that wash off of everything. I would still buy again.

This is the perfect first makeup kit! The colors are vivid and very popular right now. Just right for the 5-7 year old as is, and you can add a mascara/eyeliner for the 8-10 year old, to play dress-up!

Great little kit

The glitter is pretty bad and has a lot of gooey gel. The rest are ok. Good enough for a kid for play time. Not really value for money, the size of the product is good and the colour options make it interesting for kids.

I bought this for my granddaughter's 5th birthday. Her and her three-year-old sister love it and spend a lot of time putting makeup on each other as well as adults. They like that you can actually see the makeup. It washes off easily so it's great for little ones.

My niece loved it.

I've bought this twice now, once for my own daughter and once for my niece, both as gifts. The kids loved them soooo much. The colours go on nicely. I would have given it 5 stars, except the little make up holders, are very shallow, so the product doesnt last long. Unless your child doesnt use it often. But if they are anything like mine, they love to dress up and put on princess costumes and make up and it seems to be a several times a eek occurrence. So we went through the make up pretty quickly, as the actual make up dishes are pretty shallow. But she loved it, and it cleans up nicely too. I definitely recommend it.
