AIRCAT Pneumatic Tools 6295: 115 Degree Angle Die Grinder 18,000 RPM

Best die grinder I’ve ever used. I am now an Aircat groupie. It’s powerful, quiet and smooth. The spindle lock is so handy. I don’t have a single gripe. So far. As long as it lasts a few years I will be very happy. Oh, and the offset angle is a game changer. It’s now the air tool I use the most.

4 things stand out about this die grinder. The 115 degree angle gives .ore room than a typical 90 degree build, and maintains easy control. The fact it has built in pin to hold the shaft and you can use a normal wrench to loosen the collet is another. Ever misplace the thin wrenches normally needed? Never an issue here. Thirdly, the quietness is impressive. Do whatever you can to preserve your hearing. Last but not least, is overall build quality. It just all looks and feel right. Nothing missing and it isn't really high priced. This is top quality, yet still affordable. That is where real value comes in, only with top quality.

Good tool, works very well so far, limited time owning the tool at this point. The 115 deg angle was exactly what I needed for a tough job in a tight spot.

This thing is amazing! Bought it to use burrs for those really tight corners and awkward areas. Lots of power and easy speed adjustments. Everything on this thing screams quality!

I have been using this everyday, its really nice.

Bought two within the past year. Awesome when brand new but they don’t last long. One lasted about 8 months before it seized up. The other lasted about 3 months before seizing. I oiled them every single use and refreshed the grease once every two weeks. I used them daily at work in limited amounts alongside other tools like angle grinders. The spindle lock was great but it’s located in a spot your hand tends to wander to while using it so your constantly and accidentally grinding the gears. Only buy this for home and occasional use.

It seems like a solid tool that will last a lifetime. It works well. I expected it to feel more ergonomic than a normal right angle, but it doesn't. It takes a bit of getting used to the different angle, but it works nicely and I expect it to be very useful for grinding in tight corners.

Don't forget to grease and oil daily :) And be mindful of the spindle lock being slightly depressed in tight areas. Mine shaved the snap ring down enough to break internally when I went to tightened the Collett
