Fine for the price
It’s okay, especially for the price. The Bluetooth integration is minimal - you can’t control the music on the phone, for example. No ApplePlay, which I didn’t think I needed until I got it on a new car. The system is slow to boot up — about 16 seconds from car startup until you hear sound from the radio. Rear camera comes on a little faster than that if you’re in reverse. I got an error after a Bluetooth phone call (see image). Also note that this unit is "XM Ready", meaning you can plug in an XM tuner and have this unit control it, but this unit does NOT have an XM tuner built in.

By the 7022 instead
No screen mirroring.. should have bought the 7022. Constantly getting gps error popup and have to restart. Slow booting up. Not sure why mhl wasn't included in this model.

I could use my iPhone gps for the gps system (which I have always felt the Apple gps is better than any vehicle gps)
Had to return this unit due intermittent power on power off problems. Manual says to hit the reset button and after that I could not get any power. Fuse OK, checked plug at back of unit and it was getting power. Had to return unit. It sold me not to buy a Jensen product. Get what you pay for! After returning this unit I flew to California to see my grandson graduate from high school and rented a car. It had Apple CarPlay in it. I could use my iPhone gps for the gps system (which I have always felt the Apple gps is better than any vehicle gps). So now I'm buying a Pioneer AVH 1400Nex, but not thru Amazon due to poor delivery time (no PRIME vendor), from Crutchfield.

I would recommend this to anyone
Not sure what the other reviewers issues were with this unit, maybe the install but it works perfectly in a Ford F-150. Controls on steering wheel control work perfectly and no issues with audio in any of the modes including the navigation mode. I would recommend this to anyone.

the Radio works well and was easy to install
the Radio works well and was easy to install , along with the navigation, however I wish that the screen were capacitive instead of Resistive touch I worry that the screen will not last! only time will tell,

Buy the VX7022, NOT the VX7021!!!!
I bought this stereo to put in my Tundra. All the features were appealing and modern. However, when we got this put in the audio skipped when using steering wheel controls and when going around corners (all outputs, BT, CD, DVD, Radio, etc). Contacted the manufacturer, they sent a new unit. Still the same problem. Found out that when the SD card with the maps was removed it worked fine (except you couldn't use the navigation). Contacted the manufacturer again. This time I asked for the VX7022 (older model, even the model number is higher, weird). Installed the VX7022. All good! No issues! IMO the VX7022 has better features too. Rock, pop, country, etc equalizer presets. Customizable wallpaper. HDMI smartphone mirroring. DON'T BUY THE VX7021!!!! BUY THE VX7022!!!!
