Was advised to buy one of these mats by my acupuncturist. The brand he uses is well over ~$150, so I was skeptical to purchase this because of the price gap. Do NOT let the price fool you, this is a well made product that matches the quality of the professional name brand. The dimensions, thickness, and number of spikes are all equal to the brand name. The first minute of lying on the mat is a bit uncomfortable (lots of spikes!), but soon after the pain just disappears through your whole back and/or neck. It has been amazing to use, just need to try not to fall asleep on it. Truly worth giving it a shot if you have back/neck pain, at this price you have nothing to lose other than the pain.

Un peu difficile de s'y mettre au début mais une fois qu'on y a gouté,beaucoup de mal a s'en passer lors des crises de douleurs. Il manque un sac de transport ou de rangement dommage

Tye whole idea is great and using the mat helps the circulation and let's the muscle relax. I also really like the additional cushion for when I want to use it for my neck etc.
