Sustain!
Put this in the neck position of my EC-1000 Vintage Black. I get great sustain and tone out of it. Even though I like the Alternative 8 I put in the bridge, I tend to ride this pickup more.

Another top high output bridge HB from SD
Strong output, good choice for those who want high output and wanted a bit of a different sound from some of the other popular SD similar humbuckers like the invader or distortion. The distortion is my personal favorite, but that is a personal preference is this is still a top shelf pickup. I paired it with the SD full shred neck humbucker which is the brightest neck HB they sell and the two blend very well together. You really cant go wrong with SD and a little research on the sound you want.

Great passive a for heavy music.
This pup is a monster! I play heavy rock and metal but I don't like active pickups, so I was encouraged to try these out. They are great! They don't get fuzzy (cooking bacon) on the top end or get muddy. The dynamics are great and not over compressed like actives.
