Yes it has. Only one comes with it. Box includes the base station, cleaner. Don’t remember if it came with an extra brush and couple of dust bags.

Does it has Obstacle avoidance sensor?

There is a mechanism in the front which will detect the obstacle when it touch it. Its a combination of sensors and this mechanism.

Water can be mixed with detol material cleaner or that will spoil the water tank ?

Dont mix any cleaning or sanitizing agent in water tank, this will damage spray heads
