Good phone for elderly people or anyone who finds smart phones hard to use. It is lightweight and a practical size to handle if u have problems holding heavier or large screen phones. The buttons are easy to press with each one the size of your fingertips. The screen may be hard for anyone with poor eyesight to see but it was fine for me. It comes unlocked so will work with any networks sim card. It only has 2G so I am hoping that the coverage in my area is good, I havent found any problems so far. U can text, call & use the camera to take pictures & video. U can expand the memory with a 32Gb TF card for more storage. There is also a way to enter 5 emergency contact numbers into it so u can just press the SOS button to ring them if u need urgent assistance from a relative or neighbour if u get fall, get ill or have any other emergency. It comes with a usb cable to charge it up using any usb port, plug or power bank. It will stay charged for 8 hours of talktime or 530 hours of standby before needing recharging. It comes with a charging dock which keeps the phone handy to reach & store on the table or bedside cabinet. It has a tough outer cover so should be ok if dropped without damage compared to a smart phone. It has other useful features like bluetooth, a calendar, alarm clock, 100 telephone numbers storage, calculator & FM radio. It has all the functions I need to use a mobile phone easily & it was a good price.

I bought this for a friend who needed something very basic. She can make a call and recieve, and more besides if she wanted. This phone will serve her needs perfectly.

The elderly love these phones and can use them easily. So I decided to buy this phone for my 80 year old grandmother. When I showed it to my grandmother, she liked the phone and said she could use it. Everything was great and I bought it!I installed the phone, but I didn't think to test it by calling. My grandmother is calling me and I can't hear my grandmother but she can hear me she. I thought it was a network problem, but I tried dozens of times, the result is the same... There is also another problem, the phone does not ring when I call my grandmother. The phone is not in silent mode but is not ringing.I think I need to buy a new one and will buy from a better brand.
