Stop searching, this bag holds everything without acting like it’s a burden
When I bought this, I was in the market looking to find a bigger backpack that I could use while traveling to and from work and vacation. I am genuinely impressed with how many items this backpack can hold. It is even comfortable to wear even while it is full of stuff. The fabric is high quality and durable. After using it consistently for a couple months now, I have not noticed any defects, rips, tears, scuffs, or scratches. I love the design, and the pocket locations are very thoughtfully and strategically placed. It has a padded compartment for a laptop. The straps are adjustable and comfortable when wearing it. I have not had any issues with the zippers. I am a chronic over-packer, especially when I go on vacation, I still had room left over when using it as a carry-on backpack. This backpack was a major upgrade from the one I had previously.

Great backpack.
This backpack has a ton of space. It easily holds my 15 inch macbook pro with room to spare. At the same time it holds binders and books without any trouble. The straps are easy to adjust and soft on the shoulders. The back pads help ease the heavy weight on my back. The extra pockets help me keep my other things organized. This is my favorite backpack! Great for students with a lot to carry. Great for people with larger laptops that want to put it in a protected and padded pocket.

Amazing Backpack
I've had this backpack for 8 months now. No visible sign of wearing even though I've worn it almost every day to and from work, plus a trip to Europe for 7 days. It's great because even when it's mostly empty it looks normal and when I have it jammed packed it's not too big either. For context I'm 6'3 and 200.

Use for every occasion
Nurse here and use this bag for my shifts and school. I'm able to fit 3 very large textbooks, my 17" laptop (good luck finding a bag that can hold this size laptop or larger in a specific protective pocket), a couple binders full of papers/notes, a clipboard, spare scrubs, and can fit much more. It's beyond what Jansport has to offer in terms of durability and storage space. You can even fit 2 water bottles or Yeti's/Thermos bottles on the side pockets, which is nice. I like how you can even "adjust" the overall size of the bag with the side straps that encapsulate the sides of the bag, if this makes sense. If you want to carry only a couple things, you can tighten up the sides to make sure the bag doesn't look like a lumpy potato. Best bag I've ever owned and expect it to hold up for years to come! Also, it's great on the shoulders to carry as the straps are wide and pretty comfy.

Meh
Bought it for my son's week trip. Nice bag, just seems not very rugged compared to a molle-type. It's more like an oversized school backpack? Not sure I'd trust it for serious hiking / camping, but it's fine for travel and vacation.

Best backpack I ever had!
Best ever backpack what I had! It feels same what ever you have inside, not like rest of backpacks what I had, nothing is poking or bugging you when you are wearing it. Backpack have 7 deferent pockets and 10 spacers inside. It can be really well organized! Best partner for every trip!

Great backpack for traveling with electronics
I got this backpack to replace a small briefcase I had been using for trips. It has plenty of storage space for travel accessories and accommodates my laptop and tablet easily. The nicest feature is how well balanced it is when wearing it. It does not hurt my back or shoulders to wear it while walking and carrying luggage. I recommend it highly.

Great backpack!
Typical North Face - a great bag with quality, comfort and accessibility as the main focus. 40 litres makes for plenty of room for storage, and lots of individual pockets and zips for more specific items. Very happy!

Decepcionado
