Did not work
I bought this remote for a friend who lives in the Caribbean and it did not work, we are unable to return it based on the fact that he lives out of the United States. This remote doesn't even match the description

Update - Company worked with me to resolve issue
The company has worked with me to resolve my issues.The product support is overseas. No US number. The instructions say to take the casing off the machine. It has 2 tiny screws. I don't have a screw driver that small. Doesn't taking it about void the warranty? Thinking of returning it. Not a happy customer. if they want you to pair it why put it under the cover and why screw it shut. Then not send a screwdriver to take it apart with.
