This is one of the best products for scars after surgery. It requires patience and persistency but the results are amazing. Scars are gone.

I have a scar on my neck from thyroid surgery, and I’ve been using this product daily as part of my recovery care. With consistent use, I have noticed a visible improvement in the appearance of the scar. It looks smoother and less noticeable over time, which has made a positive difference for me. So far I’ve been using it for two weeks and I’ve included two pictures. I believe that it is lightning the look of the scar itself. The first picture is two weeks ago and the second picture of course was today. It’s very easy to use. It goes a long way. It doesn’t take very much at all. It has a really neat feel once it sets which only takes a few minutes to set up. I’m happy with it so far anxious to see how it all turns out.

This product was recommended by my dermatologist after Mohs Surgery. While the price was high, I felt comfortable with the SPF. Easy to apply. Dispenser does not clog and product comes out easily. My only negative would be that you don't know when you will run out. It just sputters and you reach empty.

The absolute BEST on the market. Anywhere. Make sure you ask your doctor or ChatGPT or some credible source, how to apply this unique product. You use only a tiny pinhead worth and thin it out so it dries in 20-30 seconds. If you have to applied too much it will never dry and leave you sticky - ineffective! Also, apply across/up/down not WITH the scar. READ about it. GREAT STUFF!

Miracle Worker - Dr suggested after I fell on my face sustaining several small cuts on forehead & nose from tripping on a small pothole in asphalt parking lot. Cuts did not require sutures, but Biocorneum (w sunscreen) was suggested to prevent scars. A very small amount keeps the wound moist and allows slow healing and prevents scars. Dr suggested 5X per day. I am on day 29 since the fall. Healing well!

I told my doctor that I had been using Mederma on scars but that it didn't seem to be doing its job. She recommended this Biocorneum Advanced Scar Treatment product, saying in her opinion that although it's more expensive, it's worth it because it works much better. I took off a star off for the reason I'll explain below. This review is not at all about the seller, who is fine. It is all about how the manufacturer's product dispensing system is highly wasteful for this very expensive, but good, product. My first bottle just ran out (or so I thought) and my second bottle is on its way, but I reasoned that there would still be some residue in the 'empty' bottle to allow me to continue treatment of my scars in the meantime. So I pried off the top of the 0.69 oz (about 19.5 grams) dispenser container. It wasn't easy but I was careful. For that size container, the cost is sbout $109 per oz (yes, $109 per ounce). This stuff is expensive, but I deemed it to be worth it to minimize the very visible scar on my chest and the large unsightly scar from knee replacement surgery. To my astonishment, there was a LOT of the scar cream still inside the bottle. A LOT, precisely 9.5 grams, nearly HALF of what I paid for! Look at the photo I uploaded. I put the tip of a ballpoint pen in the photo to provide scale as to how much protuct remained inside the 'empty' pump container. I hope the manufacturer sees this review. They should change the product container to a small jar instead of a bottle with a pump dispensing system. Of course that would mean that buyers would get full value for their money, and would have to buy half as much, so I am doubtful that they will do it. What a shame. To close, the product is good, but unless you carefully pry the top off of the 'empty' container, you will be wasting nearly half of your money.

Not the cheapest, but the best silicone with sunscreen. I have a ton of surgical scars and so little is used that it has been worth the price for the summer. I would not buy this for 0 UV months as there are much cheaper alternatives without sunscreen. Watch for a price of about $150. This form of scar therapy works well for newer scars, but lacks results in comparison to paramedical scar revision for colour and texture of scars over 12 months old. I have tried both as well as microneedling and other therapies for scars over the last 25 years.
