Not as decent as I'd hoped!
The big vegetable knife struggled with dicing a peeled butternut squash. The small serrated did work as suggested though. Got these at a discount, so at least I didn't overpay! I have a smaller, Japanese vegetable chopper that does better and had liked this set for having a large one. They are admittedly sharp but the bigger knives are just too light, it seems.

Amazing brand
Bought as a gift for my dad as he loved the versions I have from this brand and he couldn’t be happier. The brand themself have created ultra comfy and sturdy sets and by far our favourite kitchen knives. Sharpen well and with the protective cases for the blades is reduces any injury or damage from/to the blade.
