Amazingly Easy Smart Bulbs – Bright, Colorful, and Convenient!I couldn’t be happier with the Tapo L530E smart bulbs—they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I unboxed them, the setup was incredibly easy. Within minutes, I had them connected to my WiFi and fully integrated with Alexa. No hubs, no complicated steps—just plug them in, follow the simple app instructions, and they’re ready to go!The integration with Alexa and Google Assistant is seamless. With just a voice command, I can turn the lights on and off, adjust the brightness, and even change the color to match my mood. Whether I want a soft warm glow for the evening or a bright white for working, the customization options are fantastic. The colors are vibrant, and the dimming function works perfectly.The Tapo app is another highlight—it’s user-friendly, responsive, and packed with features. I love being able to schedule lights to turn on and off automatically, which is great for security when I’m away. The Away Mode is also a great touch, randomly switching the lights on and off to make it look like someone is home.On top of all this, the bulbs are energy-efficient while still being extra bright when needed. A must have lightbulb in my house!I use these with IKEA up lighter shades in all rooms for secondary lighting.They are easy to control via the app, with 5 presets available for customisation.I’d advise running these on a subnet within your home network to reduce traffic and devices on the main router, just to make any unwanted devices easier to spot!Very high quality lights, and they function very well, super quick to change colour or brightness.Very energy efficient as well, at only 7.3W/h usage so have saved me probably around the price of the bulbs themself in electric cost this past year.Compatible with all e22 sockets, and highly recommended by me for the price, they’re much more cost effective than some other alternatives!

Bought these to replace some low wattage wall lights and ceiling lights.They are easy enough to setup via the tapo app and work on 5ghz unlike some of the other brands. Once setup they can be added to rooms and groups in the alexa app and controlled together.They have a nice range of colours and the ability to lower the brightness give greater control over the lighting.They always connect quickly after being switched off.Setting up routines with other smart devices is easy through the alexa app such as turning on the hallway for 10 minutes lights when the ring camera senses movement; excellent for arriving home when dark or popping downstairs during the night.

Very pleased with these, bought for lamps and easy to set up, name, group and use with its app and with Google Home. I needed them to be dimmable and change the colour to make for a warmer light. I have them set to come on automatically at sunset, at 25% warm white, and I can turn them all off at a single command, change brightness and colour. One bulb has occasionally lost sync but I only had to manually switch it off and back on for it to reconnect.Very pleased and make life just a little bit easier. Had for a few weeks now and wouldn't be without them. Highly recommend. Seem very good value for the money and will buy more if needed for other rooms.

Arrived quckily, could have done with a fragile sticker on the package. The acutal produce was easy and quick to set up, the colour options are fab and the interconectability is seamless. A really good product especially for the price

Great bulbs they actually works and pair without issue. App is great. I've had a lot of different smart bulbs, some amazon just switch off the smart functions without notice. Some (wiz) need to be repaired every month and then take for ever to do. Tapo app works great, I found my smart bulb supplier moving forward. Good stuff. Thanks.

Bulbs have been working, had no issues until today when a storm caused our power to trip a few times. By this I mean the power cut for a few seconds before coming back on. All of my Tapo bulbs lost their WiFi settubgs and had to be reconfigured. In addition the Tapo light switch lost the bulb settings. I have other bulbs (Hue and Innr) which were fine, so a Tapo issue. Will stick with Hue and Innr in future.I have Tapo plugs which recovered perfectly, only the bulbs affected.
