Hoover 32OZ 2X STEAM Plus Floor Solution

I am using this in my Steamplus electric mop and it works great. My floors have never been so clean. The product is scented, but I do not smell it and I am very sensitive to smells. I have tile flooring, and this product is getting it perfectly clean, it dries quickly and leaves no residue. Very important as I have a toddler and 3 cats! Also, I set the mop on high cleaning, and do not dilute the cleaning solution in the mop, as to get maximum cleaning per the product directions. I go through 2 "containers" of water on the mop just cleaning the kitchen, and I was surprised at how long the cleaning solution is lasting. I am very pleased with this product and will be purchasing it again!

Execellent Cleaner designed for Hoover steam mops. It has a great scent and cleans effectively. My only gripe is you actually have to turn down the cleaner to steam ratio because if I leave the ratio where it says in the manual there is too much cleaner dispensed and it makes the floor sticky with residue after I clean. So I tend to turn down the ratio of cleaner to more steam than cleaner after cleaning the floor a while. Excellent buy and will buy again.

I purchased the Hoover SteamPlus floor cleaning machine on Amazon (used and works great). The directions say to use only this solution, so I tried to find it at Walmart, which doesn't carry it. I called the company, and they suggested I try Sears or Home Depot, stores I don't normally find myself in. I ordered it through Amazon, which was very convenient, and I used it today, as a matter of fact. The floors are clean, and my "house" (a 5th wheel trailer) smelled great when I left and came back in. I think that it's a good idea to use the cleaner that the manufacturer recommends. Why take a chance at damaging the machine?

It is exactly what I needed for my Hoover steamer, and the price at Amazon was very good. I have found that I really need to use less that the recommended amount for normal cleaning. Using too much can leave a film on the floor. Otherwise, this is great. It goes a long way. I was able to clean about 1,600 sq. ft. of tile on one fill. I also liked the quick ship. With company coming, I wanted to do my floors, but didn't have time to go hunt this down at the retail stores. Good produce (and good job, Amazon)!

I've only used this once. My floors were pretty bad. So I thought it'd be best to use this instead of JUST steam. And I thought It worked really well. You mix equal parts of it with hot water NOT BOILING! The nice thing is there's people in this house VERY SENSITIVE TO CLEANING PRODUCT SCENTS!! And this product they say has a slight / mild scent of something...can't remember what. But I couldn't really smell it. So that was WONDERFUL!!!!!I'm very happy with this product. I could tell that - when my floors aren't as bad off next time, I'm going to cut the mixture of cleaner a little. Using more water than cleaning product, instead of equal. And I know it'll clean perfectly! Enjoy everyone!

Tip: a little goes a long way. I made the mistake of filling the cleaning solution tank with undiluted cleaner and mopped my white tile floor (almost entire downstairs) with the steam button pressed down the entire time. Needless to say, my floors were coated and sticky. It took three cleanings with a regular mop (hot water and vinegar) and two steam cleanings (no cleaning solution -- just water) to get the stuff off. I learned that you are not to keep the button pressed the entire time you are cleaning: oops! Anyway, this product got up marks and dirt from our white tiled floor that had been on there for years -- I thought it was permanent. I would highly recommend. However, dilute with water in the cleaning solution tank.

The product cleans well in our  Hoover TwinTank Disinfecting Steam Mop - WH20200  and leaves little to no residue on the general clean setting. This cleans up dog messes off of hardwood with ease and leaves a more pleasant smell. That being said I'm not sure I would call the scent a "soothing almond aromatic fresh scent." It seems like they made the product and decided it smelled kinda like almond. The smell isn't bad, but still smells a bit like a cleaning solution. Overall, we will definitely continue using it to clean the kitchen, bathrooms and the rest of the hard surfaces in the house.

This stuff is amazing! I bought it for a Hoover Steam Cleaner to be used on my son's wooden floors, but I tried it out first on my old linoleum floors. My goodness, it made them look like I had hired a professional floor cleaner! It must have some type of wax product in it because after it dried, the floor still looked as shiny as it did when it was wet. Yet it did not make the floors slippery as wax would. I don't know what's in it, but I do know that I love it!
