Ich habe das Produkt bestellt, erhalten, konnte es aber nicht sofort einsetzen, da es ein Geschenk war. Beim auspacken ratterte es bereits im Gehäuse. Wir haben den Aufsatz abgenommen, alles schien in Ordnung. Die ersten Mahlversuche waren ernüchternd. Es gab eine Kommunikation mit der Firma, ich schickte das Produkt ein.Nach langem Hin und her sagte das Unternehmen das Produkt wäre gar nicht angekommen. Stand jetzt: Geld gezahlt, Produkt eingeschickt, Produkt ist verschwunden, Geld ist weg.Kulanz und Service haben mich leider nicht überzeugt.
