If you have anxiety/mood issues this stuff is GREAT. I’ve been using it for years. I take two a day in the winter months just to help stabilize my mood, but take 5 for “acute” symptoms! No joke, I bombed a job interview because I was so anxious (seriously, voice shaking, stuttering, etc) and before my next interview I popped 5 of these and I was so chill. I also do this when I feel a breakdown coming on, it doesn’t make the bad feelings go away but it helps me calm down and not completely freak out. Works like a charm!

I take a few before anxiety provoking stations and it really helps to calm me down and feel more relaxed. GABA also helps me sleep when my mind won't turn off. I highly recommend this product! So much better than taking prescriptions anxiety medications that can come with negative side effects.

I use this for tranquility. It helps quiet the mind and promotes feelings of peace in me. I also take 2 at night for a restful sleep. Can't live without these. I'm 59 and because of my supplements I take no prescription drugs or alcohol. During particularly stressful times in my life, and especially after menopause, these have been a God-send. They work! I've been using them for 12 years and I am so grateful for Gaba.

I have tried this supplement on and off over several years, for those times when I’ve felt amped up at bedtime and can’t wind down to sleep. In recent times I decided to try 1 cap before bed a few times. Once it kicks in after about 45 min. Or so, I did feel very relaxed, a bit sedated. I slept some better with less night wakeups, but it is hard to wake up the next morning. For me I’d guess it lasts about 12 hrs. So you need something to wake up the next morning well.Perhaps 1/2 cap would give a balance of calm so you can rest, then still wake up. If you are an anxious person all day, something like this supplement could help you to chill a bit and be more even.

I take two pills before bed and sleep like a baby, one pill before work to help with stressful days. I'm in a better mood (probably due to better sleep) but I believe this product contributes to that. Highly recommend

Made my restless leg go away from the first night -- oh joy of joys! Now I go to sleep without fear and sleep better too! Sure wish I had known about this long ago!

I am sure the Gaba Plus is an excellent product, however, I have yet to receive it. This seller is slow. I live in Virginia and I think its coming from New Jersey. They must be walking it to my house.Update: I received my order on May 20,2013. I still don't know why it took so long. My advice: If you want it at a certain time, order it weeks in advance so that you will get it when you need it. I saved $5 over the Vitamin Shoppe price but I don't know if that was worth the wait.

This product helps me get to sleep faster and have deeper dreams that I can remember, which was not the case otherwise. On my second bottle.
