The cable on this receiver is too long to be compatible with the Pixel as it will cover the fingerprint reader on the back of the phone. If you don't use the fingerprint reader or don't care about your case looking like it has a piece of paper stuck halfway over the reader, then it will work. I've included a picture to show what I mean. Hopefully someone will eventually make a receiver with a shorter cable that will fit the Pixel. This just isn't the one.As far as the charging goes, it shows that the phone is charging, but the battery continues to drain. I have another receiver that works, using the same charging bases, so I know the problem is with this part. It doesn't charge.For the price, it would be nice to have some adhesive included to keep the receiver attached to the phone while you put them into a case. I've bought less expensive receivers that come with adhesive.

This product is uniquely terrible -- it's not just bad, but by using it you run the risk of setting your phone (and anything near it) accidentally on fire.It all starts with the design. It's... bad. The main problem is that the Qi receiving pad is tiiiiiiiny in this receiver, far smaller than one would expect. So that means you only have about 1cm each direction to play with, otherwise it's misaligned. Worse, there's no way for the average user to tell exactly where the center of the receiver is -- it's NOT in the center of the pad! I only found out where it was by holding the UniQi up to a strong light (see picture)!The problem is that when it's even slightly misaligned from dead center, not only does your phone not charge but the UniQi then for some reason converts all the energy into heat! After having my phone slightly misaligned from perfect on my Qi charger (I own six different models so it's not as though only one of them was acting up) for about an hour, I measured the temperature of the UniQi at almost 140F! That's CRAZY and DANGEROUS! Because that heat has nowhere to go but into your phone and up into your battery! That's a real fire hazard, all from skipping the safety circuit that would disengage the charger when it's slightly misaligned! (When the UniQi is perfectly aligned over the charging pad, then it's only about 5-10F over room temperature, so at least that part works well!)Further, why on earth is the UniQi so large in the first place? The bright light shows that at least 35% of the interior space is empty. Why not make it smaller and easier for someone to know where to place?Finally, the actual usb-C connector is quite bulbous. I have a micro-B Qi charging pad, and it's 1/5th the extension. Being so bulbous means that it's unlikely to fit any case you have on your phone unless you carve out a grand canyon sized hole in it. Booooo.This is a terrible design, and only a matter of time until it sets somebody's phone on fire. It's going back post haste!

I purchased this adapter because it comes in white just like my Android phone. The adapter I had before is black and it doesn't match the color on my phone.-Pros: Arrived rather quickly in just a couple of days. Color white just like my phone since I sport a clear phone cover and it looks good. Easy to install and take off if you need to. It charges.-Cons: NOT a fast charger. NOT made of bamboo like it says on the description (not that I needed it that way). The wireless adapter I replaced is A LOT better than this one. This adapter does NOT have the double sticky tape to keep it in position. It takes a really looooong time to charge... believe me, a looong time. It takes one whole hour just to charge 10% of the battery. At this rate it would need 10 whole hours to fully charge my phone if the battery was completely depleted. My previous adapter gets me to 100% charge in just one-and-a-half hour. The coil is considerably smaller that the one I had installed before and maybe that's the reason why is soooo slooow with the charging. I'm going back to the previous adapter because, even when it's black in color, it really fast-charges. I do not recommend this item, sorry.

I plugged this receiver into my new Pixel 2XL, and placed it on my charging pad. I looked at it moments later and noticed it was charging, but the battery symbol was showing indicating the phone was turned off. Since I use this for my morning alarm clock, I restarted the phone, and immediately got a "no sim card" and "no service" warning. I unplugged it and the phone returned to normal. I tried one more time, plugging in the receiver, and putting it on the pad. Again, it shut off my phone.That was enough for me. I was worried it was damaging my brand new phone, so I sent it back

Before writing this review I wanted to make sure the problem is with the this product an not with the phone, 5 other charging pads I have, etc..I came the the conclusion that this product does not charge reliably.I have used a few wireless charging receivers during past few years for my phones.This product is the only one that has consistently under performed.Unless the phone is placed at exact perfect spot which happen to change each time, the phone will loose charge instead of charging.It is not uncommon to wake up to a dead phone in the morning.My recommendation is to select another product, and don't forget to read the reviews. I wish I did before ordering.

on my Pixel, (not XL) the unit attached fine, and I was able to get it in the case without covering up the fingerprint scranner. While the unit did report as charging, after all night on the charger, the phone reported the battery capacity has being reduced from 68% to 66%. Tried to different nights, in both cases it wasn't able to keep up with the phone. Returned.

It works but it's fickle. Probably better off spending an extra buck or two for a better quality one.

It does not work for my OnePlus 5. I have a case but even when removing the case it still does not work. I am also using the Qi charger in my Camry. I was really hoping that it would work though..

Doesn't work with Pixel 2 XL. I put it on, placed the phone on my pad and the phone said it was charging, but in 10 minutes my battery went down from 28% to 23%. Probably good for older, less power hungry phones, but not for the Pixel 2XL.

I purchased this item for my business phone and it worked for a week then it worked in reverse, it began to drain my battery. A absolute waste of money in my opinion.In summary: It was a breeze to install and use but it was not fit for purpose.

Wouldn't charge my phone (Pixel XL) - even without any case. Tried on a number of different charging pads and actually ran the battery down faster than leaving it "uncharging"! Bought a MagQI charger which worked well.

Extremely slow charge for the Pixel Xl no matter what charger.

Did not used for long time than charged new phone 4 times and stop working
