Theres a sticker on the top of the lid that has 2/22/22 on top, is that the expiration date of this stuff? I got it 4/1/22

This stuff basically does not expire. It is very shelf stable.

Is this a liquid that can be poured down a drain to kill drain flies? Will it hurt my plumbing?

it's a Powder. Mix with water and is safe to pour side of drain and inside drain too, plus you can mop floor too.

How do i mix it in a 28 oz spraybottle?

I made a gallon buy the directions. Warm water helps complete mixing. After spraying, spray water thru the spray head. It will stick closed if you don’t.

Can you use with other insecticides?

I dis nit mix it with other insecticides, but I did use other insecticides at the same time. This was very effective. I have no further issues since my use of the product.
