ACDelcoGM Original Equipment 15-73428 Temperature Valve Actuator Assembly

Cadillac Deville 2005 . My issues was clicking sounds under dash and Inconsistent Airflow Sometimes vents stuck made air just come through windshield are felt like partial flow through vents. I did the replacement myself I search internet how to replace. I first went to the savage yard bought a use Temperature Valve Actuator Assembly and then the air was cold one side hot other that didn't work . I search amazon found the ACDelco GM Original Equipment 15-73428, all issues was resolved. all air flow operation work as they should and consistent purchase August 2019 its now April 2022

Still working

I was dealing with always cold on the passenger side and always hot in the rear. This only took a 1/2 hour and really easy to install. Take out the lower trim below glove box and take out the glove box. You will see it in the upper left, unclip electrical connector, remove 2 bolts and remove. Just do a reverse for installation. Part worked great and was at least 50 dollars cheaper on Amazon. Really happy with my purchase.

no problem with the new part, but the old part wouldn,t pull out

The passenger side would randomly blow fully heated air instead of cold AC after the engine warms up. This part fixed the problem. I opened up the broken unit and found a cracked plastic gear which explains why it was not working properly.

Wrapped in 3 different types of tape, crushed and used box, Made in China on product Made in Detroit on Box. Listed Ac Delco but it's fake GM. Also the unit itself is scuffed and has dirty grease all over it. Why was I sent this? It also has an awful rotten smell to it.

Working in my Deville 05. Installed it a few weeks ago.Took 90 mins from start to finish to replace the old one that had a fault.How long it lasts is another thing.

Used this to replace a blend door actuator on the passenger side of my 2002 Cadillac Deville and it worked out great!
