Chicken in Thai Red Curry
Take four chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces. Wok on high for approx 3-4 minutes and set aside. Maybe season with garlic. Lower Wok temp and wok green pepper, two sliced onions, and other vegies that you like, eg mushrooms, red pepper. Pour two bottles of cooking sauce into wok and simmer for about 20 minutes. If you like it hot, you are going to have to add some cayenne, for example. Serve over rice. Takes about a half hour to prepare. Hmmmm.

Barely Edible
WAY too sour. Looking at the ingredients, I assume this is due to the vinegar and/or lactic acid. Those are not traditional ingredients, why even include them?Even after thinning this out with a can of coconut milk, it was still too sour.Would not buy again.

It isn't bad with a bit of sriracha
It's spiced really mild, not medium-hot. It isn't bad with a bit of sriracha, though.

Weak Sauce
If you know what thai red curry is supposed to taste like, you will be very disappointed in this product. I added ginger, cilantro, serrano peppers and red boat fish sauce and it couldnt save the dish.
