Needed some help installing it. A help phone # was on remote. Called and got it set up. Was no instruction book with set. Good price and quick delivery.

Sent a broken, used VCR with a broken tape inside.
I received a VCR with a broken tape inside There was also a sticker in the DVD side. The machine does not stay powered on long enough to even try one of my own DVD's. Obviously never rebuilt or even gone over. Not a reputable company.

This unit only works with RCA video the S video and compos ports do not function would have returned it but did not use before return policy.
