Hi. Can you freeze the nduja sausage?

Hi! It can be frozen. But if you want to keep it, I recommend putting it in a glass jar with olive oil. regards.

I expected it to be spicy as all nduja is . But there is no heat at all why is this ? Thoroughly disappointed

I find it spicy, I think the flavour is nicer and seems spicier when it's at room temperature rather than from the fridge 🙂

How long will this last once opened and how should it be stored once opened?

I’ve had nduja before and it lasts for months in the fridge. This one is still going after 2 weeks. This has a skin around it and it comes in a plastic pouch (actually you get 2 plastic pouches). My mate is still using one he opened in The beginning of September. So I just slice a cm off and keep the remainder in the skin and pouch in the fridge. I think it will easily last 6 weeks.

My delivery was not refrigerated, will the nduja still be ok?

I’m not a food safety expert but instructions say store cool and dry rather than refrigerated. I’m halfway through mine (same delivery arrangement) and it’s fine!
