I didn't see the other reviews about this issue until it happened to me. Came back to this page to see if there was any trouble shooting tips beyond cleaning the pump. Unfortunate, my pets loved the fountain

The media could not be loaded.  To my surprise, this fountain is really quiet. When the water gets low, the light turns red. After I add enough water, the light turns blue immediately. My 2 year old fur friend love it very much. Since the fountain arrived at my house, my dog has stopped drinking water from the bathtub, which makes me feel at ease. The extra 3 filters are also very useful. Anyway, Its a great buy. Highly recommended!!!

We had trouble getting out cat and Dog to drink anything that wasn’t pouring straight from a faucet. Now that we have this water fountain I can’t keep it filled they drink so much! 😻 you can hardly hear it running so the light turning red was an awesome touch telling us the Fountain is low or empty. The fact that it came with filters so we have some on hand when time to change them comes was fantastic. We no longer worry they aren’t getting enough water or that their water supply isn’t clean enough for their systems!

For starters this did NOT come with an adapter, I needed to produce my own!!I was bit worried about this purchase. My cat likes to drink out of the bathtub. I need to turn the faucet on to a small stream, but I wanted to break her of it. I put this together and the only way she would drink from it was without the small shower fountain in the middle.It's very quiet.I would recommend thisEDIT: Today is May 31st, 2022, my fountain motor is just now starting to make a little bit of a loud humming noise. I've kept it clean and changed the filter every 2-3 weeks so I'm not sure how much longer this is going to last.

Great design! All four of my cats, and my small dog (morkie) love this fountain. Just what I was looking for in a waterer! My cats were always dumping the water over, by pawing at the water, one was trying to stick his paw up inside of the gravity waterer we had, I even tried putting the bowl inside the bathtub, so the water wouldn't ruin the dang floor! This fountain is absolutely what I was wanting! It's easy to clean, doesn't make much noise, and the light goes from blue to red so I know it needs more water added. Great purchase!

We had a similar one for like 2 years n the motor died. So got this one because it has a cord protector, which is smart. Our cat does chew on cords so that was a plus! It gives you extra filters which is appreciated! It gives you a travel compact bowl. The mat (they all give this) and two fountain heads! The flower one comes apart to clean it well. Our cat likes it, the water is always moving. With ANY fountain, Make sure you wash often. So far love it

We bought this less than 6 months ago and it is dead. It started leaking water and getting noisier about 2 months in, getting worse over time, and the fountain weaker. Last week, the pump finally just stopped.

Purchased 3/1/2022. The fountain worked great for the first 4 months. Friday it stopped working. The water level was well above minimum. I unplugged and plugged it in again. The lights flash a few times water starts to flow then it stops working.I left it off for 24 hours. Put in new filters and tried it again. The light flash a few times, the water starts flowing and then it turns off again. I also tried different outlets, in different rooms.Pulled the pump back apart and inspected for any dirt or clogged items and no issues or dirty looking areas.Filled water up to the 50% of the water window. Plugged in the fountain and lights flash a few times. The pump moves some water then stops.Can't figure out how to contact the seller. I will reach out to Amazon support tomorrow.
