I have used these for years
These are what make me drink water especially when I'm missing a little bit of a sugar taste. I am a huge fan of this product now about the fruit punch it is really really strong so you don't need a lot and it has a really good taste

A fair warning.
No calorie drink mixes and low sugar alternatives are great, however it has been proven that Mio brands can cause blood sugar spikes due to the artificial sweetener used. These taste great, but beware if you're type 2 diabetic.

I have this on subscription. No way would I drink as much water as needed without it. Great flavor and I don't get bored with it.

Delicious Addition to Water
Mio has been a great way for me to increase my water intake. The fruit punch is my personal favorite but all the flavors I’ve tried have been great. I’ve tried lemonade, cherry blackberry, sweet tea, orange, acai berry and tropical fusion. Keep in mind if you get any of the Mio on you, it will take a while to wear off.
