For years, I have had issues with carpenter ants at the house, in the trees, etc. In fact, they were so bad that they were killing a Mimoso tree in the backyard, near the woods. I also had a new back patio poured, and they seem to love the concrete for some reason. I have put out ant bait, and professional pest control companies have come out to treat this, but it has made little to no difference. This product had been on my radar for a while, but I was hesitant to get it because of the price and concerned that it may not work, just like all the past treatments. Well, I am happy to report that it has been VERY effective!! Let me tell you a little about the product. It arrived sealed very well, with absolutely no leakage. It was easy to attach the spray tube to the dispensing jug. Once connected, it did not fall out while spraying or at any other time. I love that it comes with a battery already installed in the spray head. Applying the product was very easy. The nozzle actually extends, which is helpful. I applied the product around the perimeter of my home, as well as tree bases and other areas. Once applied to the trees, the carpenter ants started coming out in droves. They were not happy in the least. I didn't get the impression that this killed on contact, but it still works well. In fact, within a day of applying, I did not see any ants on my patio, trees, etc. This is the most effective product I have seen to date. Because of that, it therefore makes the price worth it for me!

Sprayer didn't work very long. Started losing power during first use. Then one year later I pulled it out and it wouldn't spray at all. Seems to be clogged. Batteries were still good. Tried blowing it out to no avail. Just poured contents into a pump strayer and threw the crap sprayer it came with into the trash.

Great product but a problem with sprayer which stopped working. Had to pour half of the container into another plastic spray bottle to use it.

I started seeing signs of carpenter ants and pinpointed where they were coming in from. I have got to say, this works wonders. I just got this today and sprayed about two hours ago, went up and checked and they are dying like crazy. I would recommend to kill carpenter ants and termites, to spray at dusk right before they try to come out. I was right on my assumption where the entry point was because currently there are a pile of them dead. All within two hours. To know this was happening in the guest bedroom is freaks me out, but I am literally resting a bit easier tonight. Tomorrow, I will also be spraying the outside perimeter and sealing where I know they are coming in. Thank goodness I caught it before they moved around elsewhere. Something to keep in mind, they are coming in from the second floor. I get my house and outside treated by a professional and this still happened. I have mature trees in my yard close to the house and second floor, I will be treating those trees also. People say the product is useless because the sprayer stops working, so far I have not had that problem. But if I did, I would continue to use the product because it is so effective, that is why I give it 5 stars. Just pour it in a spray bottle and use it that way. Seriously, I never saw what was making the mess until tonight after spraying and I am appalled, but I am resting easier knowing this stuff is working. If you're worried about the price point, trust me its worth it. Dont be turned off about people complaininh about the squirt gun not working. Just transfer to a different spray bottle. Because the product itself is worth it.

Ok product but the trigge spray clogs up, so we had to put it in a pump sprayer

I filed instructions and sprayed the exterior of my home as well as my outside porch and saw results immediately I will have to say that the nozzle does drip and doesn't work perfectly but I just convinced it and put it into a Zip spray bottle and in that form

The sprayer gave out at half the bottle, but this stuff works. I like how it works. keeps the stupid ants off my deck.
