Q: What is Max size on wall?

The product says the max size is 100". I tried it on a wall at 120" and it had a bad distortion in one corner. I then installed 120" screen and after a little adjustment getting the screen and projector aligned, I'm now projecting a flawless corner-to-corner 120" screen on this projector. I think they are playing it safe with the 100" recommendation, but if you are willing to put a little time into adjustments, I guarantee you can safely project this onto at least a 120" screen.

Q: I need to be able to output audio over hdmi arc or optical to my sound system. is this possible through the optoma?

The GT5500+ does not have any built in wireless features. We recommend looking at an external device like our HD cast pro or Microsoft wireless display adapter that would plug into one of the HDMI ports. Either device will allow you display you whole display with audio to the projector.
