I bought this to carry my Ruger 44 Bear Defense gun while bow hunting Moose as my Alaskan Guide chest holster gets in the way when drawing a bow. Holster fits gun perfectly, thumb release unsnaps easily for a fast draw. Gun seems secure and the legs straps adjust pretty quickly. I hunt by foot and by canoe so I wanted a holster rig that allowed me to easily access the gun while sitting, kneeling, walking, climbing etc... and this fits the bill. I just got it so I don't know how it will hold up so I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. If it holds up to a couple seasons of abuse I'll try to remember and update it 5 stars.

It is a very good quality nylon holster, however the leg straps are a little difficult to get adjusted and tend to slide down a bit. The fit of the holster really locks in my 6" ruger gp100 and my 6" colt python. For giggles I also tried to see if the 5" chiappa rhino fits and it does! It actually has a more snug fit than my other two revolvers! I haven't tried the 6" rhino but it is an inexpensive holster that can fit a 5" chiappa rhino. Nicely done Outbags!

I gto this drop-leg holster for my Taurus Model .44mag SS6 pistol. After a few adjustments it fit my revolver & my body quite well. I had to trim some of the straps and adjust some of the velcro closures but it works great. I really like that it carries 6 bullets itself along the front of the holster. The only downside I would give it is that after walking for a period of time, it tends to lossen a bit, but that is to be expected. Over all perfect for the price.

I like this holster ALOT... It is very adjustable and fits my 6 inch Rossi perfect... I only wish the straps tightened easier... They are kinda difficult to adjust... Also I took the button strap off ( it has button,and Velcro straps to lock gun in)... I now only have the Velcro strap wich does its job and my gun can quickly be accessed ... I jumped and ran around for a while and my gun will always be there ...

Fits well with 686 6in and holds it well and the safety strap is easy to remove but a tad bit hard to buckle back up. Have to work with it from time to time to get it to stay right were you want it but So many pluses that it outweighs the slight troubles. Oh yes I would say buy it!

Fits my gp100 snugly and is a good draw-height for a 6" barrel, the leg straps were uncomfortable and the lower one could have been left off, i chopped off both and tied with paracord, works fine for my backup revolver when hunting, im not running obstacle courses or entering combat with it anyway

Overall I am happy with the purchase. However the lower leg strap doesn't work well. It is constantly coming loose. It also seems unnecessary since the upper strap dose a satisfactory job of securing the holster. So I'm considering cutting off the lower strap.Still happy and still worth the price.

STRAPS AROUND TRIGGER COULD BE A LITTLE SHORTER FOR DIFFERENT SIZE GUNS ESPECIALLY CUSTOM GUNS LEG STRAPS SEEM AS IF FOR LARGER PEOPLE NOT SMALLER PEOPLE BUT OVERALL I LIKE THE HOLSTER IT SEEMS VERY WELL MADE AND SITS AT THE PERFECT HIGHT ON THE LEG.
