I was very excited to find this product online. I used to have several Slushii cups that I kept in the freezer. Long time since I saw those in the store. This cup arrived pretty quickly, but it fell apart the first time I used it. The way it was formulated it was next to impossible to scoop the product out from the inside of the cup as they in 10. It just did not work out at all and I ended up throwing it away after one use

Costumer Service Not So Great
My daughter loves this cup so much we got one for her best friend for Christmas! Works perfectly.The reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because I ordered one in October which I never got. I messaged them and they had told me they would send me a new one which they never did. I messaged them twice after that and nothing! I never wanted my money back. I just want the cup I paid for.

Poorly made cup
This cup is NOT worth $20 it is made poorly when you tilt the cup slightly the liquid spills out and whatever is inside the cup that freezes it has drained in the bottom of the cup, this is the worst product I've ever purchased on Amazon
