This is first time buying a "wooden" puzzle. Chose one with the "bonus" pieces that are unique shapes like TREE, BIRD, BEAR, TURTLE, etc and loved the way these were not interlocking but would slip in and out of the puzzle. Made it fun to place them LAST after rest of puzzle was complete.Avid puzzler but the unique outline of the border and fun "hooking" links to lock pieces together was very entertaining. Completed with older teen grandchildren who used the colors more than the shapes for completion (which is different than the usual way we puzzle). Chose the Med size with 128 pieces. Came with nice cloth bag and pieces to convert the box to stand up. Two nice touches.One drawback was the price was a bit higher than wanted. Saw many other ADS for competitor puzzles that were significantly (like Quordle) but also read that they were scams for the advertised discounts. This puzzle came as ordered and very fast.OVERALL VERY PLEASED!

The puzzle was great fun, hard but not crazy hard. The pieces were of thick wood and fit together nicely.

While the design might be aimed more at kids, it's enough of a challenge that I quite enjoyed it. It's also one that the actual colors were more vibrant and rich than even the listing pix. That's often not the case.It took me about 4 hrs which is fairly avg for this size.A little bit of a burp in that he won't fit on the sticky sheet provided. Wing tips and tails are always the pieces where sticky is most needed. Beautiful wooden puzzle, and my students love the uniquely shaped pieces! Our puzzle had a minor issue and I had bought it in Sept as a Christmas present so we found the issue after the return window closed. Customer service resolved it above and beyond my expecations. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my son who loves puzzles. He's also into dogs and vibrant colors so I knew he would love it. It's even better than I expected. Many of the pieces are in fun shapes like martini glasses and dog houses. It makes for a very unique puzzle experience. I am also very pleased with the detail in the picture. The rainbow colors kind of blend into each other so it makes it more challenging to assemble. It does come a cheat sheet of sorts. There's a 1:1 scale picture so you can assemble the pieces right on top of it if you need to. The pieces are made out of a sturdy wood instead of the traditional paper or cardboard puzzles. It makes it a better choice for a kid on the spectrum like him because I know that he is going to build it over and over again. It definitely seems more durable than a regular puzzle.

Was perfect. Christmas gift for my nephew. He very pleased with it.
