I figured I’d take the risk since the reviews were half positive and half negative. This did not mix well with regular Wilton white candy melts or Ghirardelli white wafers. Both times the consistency became thick and when I tried dipping strawberries the berries didn’t not get coated evenly due to the consistency being clumpy. Therefore when the melt dried on the berry it looked bumpy rather than smooth. I did not try adding anything else to the mix like coconut oil or palm oil which is commonly used to thin out chocolate for dipping. If I have to add things to a mix that means the oil based food coloring didn’t work. This may work well for other mediums like whipped substances, but for me this did not work. Another thing is after consuming the dipped berries with the oil coloring chocolate mix, I had to visit the ladies room. So purchase at your own risk. If you have $20 to waste you have nothing to lose! But I warned you.

I love these food colorings!! I had looked and looked for affordable food coloring to use for my cake balls and I have found it.

The colors on these are pretty light, I’m having trouble getting it darker when I need it. But other than that they’re good colors!

I love the way works on chocolate because they are some food coloring that put the chocolate hard after a while. Great product!
