I don't even know where to begin. This is the worst book I have ever read and I took a college literature class... The grammar, word choice and sentence structure are all so unbearable! Every sentence is a run on or incomplete. It's very difficult to follow. The author keeps writing "I'll get to that later" over and over again but never seems to "get to it." This book is not about the art of kama sutra, it's the authors opinion of what he thought about the ancient kama sutra literature. It's really quite awful, I wish I could return it but the spine is now bent. Unless your goal is to torture your spouse or yourself, don't buy this.

To me, it is very pricey for what you get. It is much thinner than expected and does not cover nearly as much material as other Kama Sutra books. I have not decided whether or not to return it given how much it cost.

Very informative if you want a light read, not great for adding kink to your sex life

Stated that it was a beginners guide. Not a single picture or how to for beginners. This is a book on theory behind positions. This book requires either another book or extensive pre-existing knowledge. Was disappointing when we got it and it described positions that we had no way of knowing unless we pulled up the internet or ordered another book. How would this be considered a beginners guide?

This book is a very basic beginner guide for Kama Sutra. I found it helpful and I actually thought that parts were written in good humour. Definitely a great gift for my very alpha partner who wouldn’t normally seek out this kind of thing. It’s an easy read and the print is quite large. Again this is a beginner explanation.
