I've had the massage chair for almost 2 years now. It's been a delight. It's also been a great reason for friends and family to stop by our home.However, my massage chair journey has a story behind it. After about 6 months the chair stopped working. I contacted technical support (China) and for about 3 weeks they had me try a number of tests/tips including at one point in time disassembling the chair and replacing the motor. I'm an engineer and was able to watch a video in Mandarin with useful tips on how to take apart the chair. The back and forth with technical support was tedious and language didn't help. In the end, they came through. They shipped me a new roller motor, which I installed. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem. Directly after this, the company ended up sending me a brand new replacement chair, which we've used extensively for the past year. It's been great with no issues whatsoever--and we use the chair for ~45 minutes pretty much every day.Hopefully, your chair will never have any issues. If it does....and you are prepared to work with the manufacturer including stuff like disassembling the chair and sending them videos to prove what you've done, this chair is a winnerGreat value for the money.I greatly appreciate Chinese manufacturing and their ability to provide so much value for money. I'm greatly saddened by stupid tariffs that our current government is ignorantly applying.

Loved it! The size of the chair is perfect, its message doesn’t hurt your bones, it is quiet, and high quality. It is just perfect.

I really love this chair and would have given it a 5 star rating except for one thing. We are so disappointed in the faux leather that has ripped so badly. Another disappointment is we took out a protection plan but when we turned it in they denied us saying they do not do wear and tear replacement. How ridiculous! As you can see in the photo I attached it's pretty bad. What a disappointment.

We bought this chair as a family Christmas gift and the entire family LOVES this chair! It gets used every single day! It is good size, even accommodates our family members whonare over 6 feet tall, has nice features and good rollers! We have had it over a year now and their customer service team is fantastic!!!!

The media could not be loaded. Received this chair on January 20, 2024. The massage chair came fully assembled. The chair came with the normal informational paperwork in a ziplock bag, as well as with some screws, nuts and a pair of White-plastic elbows that I have no clue what to do with. (I’ll talk more about them later).As far as the massage features: I LOVE the foot massage! The full body massage is too rough. Although after adjusting the massage strength, it greatly improved. And “full body” includes the genital area and buttock. Men, watch out for your testicles. The chair is “just okay” related to comfort. For a $1700 massage chair, this chair should be comfortable with or without the massage feature being used. IT IS NOT! Just sitting in it you feel the metal rods along your hips/thighs and your butt literally sinks into the seat, no butt support at all. And when is use, although you still feel the metal rods, your distracted by the massage going on in the genital area. (Men, this is where you really want to be careful about the massage strength).I contacted Amazon customer service, who put me in contact with the manufacturer Real Relax. Very bad customer service. They communicate only by email, which just happens to be between midnight and 3am. They’d request pictures, I sent them pictures. Next they requested that I remove the motherboard and asked me for more pictures and a video, which I did. Each time I asked them about the plastic elbows and screws and nuts: where do they go? I would never get an answer related to that. In another email they wanted me to take the back off the chair and send more pictures. After emailing back and forth for nearly a week that last request to remove the back of the chair was the last straw!I called Amazon back and updated them on the back and forth with the manufacturer. Amazon apologized and started the return process.And by the way, I finally got the answer about the screws and plastic elbow from the manufacturer: “We don't know what screws you’re talking about”. Mind you, I sent them pictures of them, as well as asked where did they go in every email I sent them. They also informed me in one of the last emails, that the seat of the chair didn’t supposed to have support. WHAT, your butt is supposed to sink…now that was the craziest thing that I have heard.So, even though I did my research on this chair, watched a lot of reviews, I believe this chair was either defective or wasn’t proper put together. There is no way you should pay $1700 and not be comfortable. Your butt should not be sinking into it and your outer hips and legs sitting on something hard, like metal rods.And Real Relax is not relaxing at all!One other thing worth mentioning is I never really figured out how to actually find a massage program I truly enjoyed. They ALL FELT THE SAME!! With the exception of the feet, I truly enjoyed the feet massage, BUT NOT FOR $1700!Keep looking for another massage chair, Real Relax Customer Service is not worth dealing with!!
