Missing Link Veterinary Formula Recovery Detoxification (1 lb)

I use this as recommended by my vet. I am not sure about pain relief but I do know it is an excellent product. Definite improvement in my dogs coat. I will know next week if it resolved the liver enzyme issue. I started using this on my pups food when I first got them. I wasn’t consistent in making sure each one got theirs nor was I careful about making sure I had adequate stock on hand. My tiny 3 1/2 year ok Shih Tzu has had terribly high liver enzymes. Such that the vets wouldn’t put her under anesthesia. Finally about 4 months ago I made sure she got her green beans with “The Missing Link” on them. She got a heaping teaspoonful everyday. Since then she has had her surgery, no problems and even my groomer commented today how much healthier she looked. She has gained a little weight , absolutely zero mats in her cotton candy fine hair and no bald spots. So I order 2 bags at a time and when I open the second one I order 2 more. I will never miss a dose!!!

After researching all of the Missing Link formulas and varieties, I decided on this one because I liked the mix of ingredients the best. I have an 8 year old savannah/bengal mix that has birth defects, a muscle disorder, bad shoulder, and has had surgery on his intestines and tends to have issues with digestion. He was having more bad days than good and we were half expecting him to pass away in his sleep. The only food he would eat was raw beef so I knew he was severely lacking in all kinds of nutrients. He looked like he hurt all over and only moved to eat and go to the bathroom.Within 2 days of adding this to his bowl 'o beef at night, he was crying less at the litterbox, more rambunctious, had brighter eyes and a shinier coat, and was playing again. I can't remember the last bad day he had, which makes me enormously happy.I was a little concerned about how far out the expiration date would be after reading some of the other reviews, but I have a year to finish the bag. Seems doable. Also, the product smells good, not at all rancid or 'off' like a lot of food, treats, and supplements tend to smell. And best of all, the cat doesn't seem to mind the taste or texture, and he is incredibly picky and greatly dislikes any change to his world. Make sure to follow the directions and gradually add it to their food -it has lots of fiber- or you may end up with a cat with poopy pants. (I followed the directions!)I would HIGHLY recommend this product for any animal that is sick, ailing, or needing extra nutritional support. I wish I would have discovered it sooner.

My dog has elevated liver enzymes. This Missing Link Veterinary Formula Recovery is an excellent supplement, combined with Denamarin and Ursodiol my dog's liver enzymes have returned to normal. And, my dog who can be a fussy eater, has no problem with it added to his food.
