Rpg game
Weird rpg. Story is weird. Design is weird. Game is fine and over designed. Cheap and simple game. It's fine. Ending is kind of meh.

90's JRPG greatness, For the modern Era
After soaking 10+ hours into this game, I've come to the conclusion it's one of the best gems i've played all year. This games takes all of the good cues from legendary JRPG from the 90's, all the way up to current gen. It dungeons are akin to Valkyrie Profile, with Battle system combat blends from Bravely Default, Final Fantasy X and Exploitation weaknesses of Shin Megami Tensei. It's even got a job system that reminds me a final fantasy tactics. The music reminds me of the soundtrack from Legend of Mana, and it's art style screams Vanilla ware Odin Sphere. With out a doubt you feel the love in this game. The fact that Developers from Final Fantasy, Bravely Default & Nier Automata worked on this game... it shows.

Great game but needs to be polished
I've put in 40+ hours so far, and I feel like I can now give a fare review. This game has a lot going for it and worth the asking price. The game is very reminiscent to old school JRPGs, but with a Vanillaware touch to it. The artwork is beautiful, sound is really well done, battle system is old school but has a lot of depth to it if you invest the time in it. Story is pretty good and kept me engaged the entire time. I really enjoyed the skill tree and combining abilities from different jobs to maximize my strategies. The game does get very hard at times and you do need to invest some time in trying to master abilities and job skills to overcome. Overall I'm really enjoying this game a lot. However, there are a few issues with game performance. The framerates drop significantly in some stages and battles, but I've grown used to this as it's a common issue on the switch. The major issue for me is the game crashing every so often. It can get pretty annoying. I highly recommend saving often as you can easily lose your progress if game crashes. Because of this I would have given the game a very low rating. But considering the game without this issues it is a 4.5 for me. I really hope a patch is released addressing these issues. It would really bring this game up there. If you can see passed this, you will find a great game well worth playing.

Basically okay
It's a great game tbh but sometimes the performance suffers on switch. I'm happy with my purchase, but if you have another console you're probably better off.

Almost near perfect condition
Almost no hint of being used at all. If this was shrink wrapped I would believe it was new lol. But came earlier hen expected as well. Overall very happy with my purchase
