There are no ingredients or instructions on this product. I do use it, and it works. I know you’re only supposed to use it every 3-6 months, so it doesn’t scratch enamel. But it seems like the product that my dentist used to use. But I could not swear by that.

They both work but since my husband is a smoker and I am a coffee drinker we prefer the coarse becaise it polishes better!!
