This is a great product setting it up and checking everything out for my little dude I'm actually so happy with it just one downfall you need to add downloading video features to it so we can add our own videos instead of having to buy another tablet down the road for tv in long trips

Many different options for my son who just turned 3. He loves the games that came with it and I find it is a great learning tool. I wouldn't suggest for a child under 3 unless playing with an adult.

i bought 2 of these (son was 5 and daughter was 2, will be 3 in 2 weeks) a week into having both the charger doesnt charge either one. and my daughter has no sound after a month into having them (she mostly plays for the pictures but now wants to play her brothers)my son received the leap pad platinum edition and it worked for years (still charges and works) but the screen isnt responding, and leap pad said sorry about your luck but we dont replace screens :( but if u do buy another leap pad all the games u had can be transferred over to the new one

My little loves this pad. It has some great learning content already on it but you can’t really rearrange the apps nor can you hide or uninstall certain apps. I also wouldn’t count on the “web explorer” (can’t recall the exact name, it’s not really the “internet”) for the videos, it’s so laggy and slow. It is quite durable though, I’ve watch my child chuck it across the room and when I picked it up it looked like it never left her hands. It keeps her entertained and she loves to replay the ABC’s over and over. There’s lots of videos and games to buy in the store, I would say they’re a little pricey but not the worst. All in all, I’m glad I bought this and would recommend it if you want a tablet the doesn’t have access to the www and social apps.
