Polycom VVX D60 Base Station with Wireless Handset - 2200-17823-001- 4 Line PoE - Includes AC Adapter

The D60 cannot be used as a stand alone and must pair with another VVX phone.I work for a telco and tested the D60 in our lab paired to 411 and 501 and there is a minimum firmware requirement for the VVX phone. The D60 works great and doesn't seem to have any problems and we haven't yet found any limitations. We had the 411 on line 1 and the D60 on line 2. I will update this review later if we run into any limitations or issues.

Out of the box, the base would not pair with the handset. Unfortunately, the seller chose not to help us because we had gone past the 30 day window and we are stuck dealing with polycom tech support.

When paired with a VVX 411, all line presence functions on the 411 (e.g. the DND button disappears, can't have any monitored lines). The only way to get the line to appear correctly on the paired handset is to disable any other monitored lines. Various other smaller issues. Very frustrating, total waste of our money.

It took alot of work with my Service provider and an a few hours of my time of playing around with settings to get this to work. Getting it to work was the hard part, now it is great to have it around.You must have a second line on the phone you are hooking it up to. It will not take line number 1, and will not work a phone with just one line was my experience.

Had the product for less than 4 months, already stopped working. Keeps disconnecting from the base.

Didnt work, batteries didnt hold charge

Only got PSU, not recommended.
