Medical Will ONLY
My sister in law wanted this and since my 88 year old Father in law needed a will, he though with her suggestion, that this would work for him. It did not. The entire package applies only to medical needs and changes he may wish for during medical or life threatening issues. He is a veteran 100% and they DO NOT honor anything except the VA directive form they use. All else will be ignored.

This is a great set of form-templates. If you're looking for software that leads you through the process of creating a living will then this is not for you. However, if you know what you want (as I did) to create and simply need the templates then this is perfect. Good value.

There is nothing to this living will. 1 spot to say if you want to be resuscitated.
Worth 5.00 at max! No where to have your assets listed. No where to add who gets what. No where to put instructions if I die. Nothing.... At best this is a power of attorney form giving someone the power to make medical decisions for you. THATS IT! Shouldn't be sold as "living will" since I couldn't add anything. It basically has 1 document for you to sign and name someone to make your medical decisions. I have that already signed with my doctor. This is not living will paperwork!
